Welcome to Westlake Toastmaster’s Club!  We are happy that you have come to visit us and trust that you will find our club meeting to be educational, professional and fun.

At your first meeting, you will receive a packet of information containing vital information about Toastmaster’s International. Toastmaster’s is a valuable organization that can help you improve your communication and leadership skills. As a member, you will perform duties at various levels within our club as Toastmaster’s teaches you how to communicate and evaluate by giving points to grow on, boosting you self-confidence and aiding in building you as a leader. 

At Westlake Toastmaster’s meetings, you will find a good balance of structure and spontaneity.  A normal meeting consists of two to three prepared speeches and an impromptu session of Table Topics, a segment that follows a pre-determined weekly theme and teaches you to think on your feet. 

Toastmaster’s is the best kept secret in town and we hope you think so too. Please feel free to ask any of our members any questions you may have.  You will find them to be knowledgeable and willing to share their enthusiasm for Toastmaster’s.  Our members are there to help you reach your potential and obtain your goal.
